ORDER PROCESS
Estimate
We offer a variety of wood options, all kiln-dried for durability. Once you’ve selected your design, fill out our order request form, including any add-ons like benches or delivery, and we’ll send you a detailed estimate with your ETA, total cost, and customization details.
Deposit
To confirm your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. We accept payments online, via Venmo or PayPal, and all major credit cards. Once your deposit is received, production begins immediately. We remain within the given window to ensure quality and efficiency.
Delivery
Once your table is nearly complete, we will contact you a few days before it’s ready to coordinate pickup or delivery.
We offer curbside delivery in the DMV area. If needed, we can provide a delivery estimate based on your zip code when placing your order.
