SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We proudly deliver throughout the DMV area (Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia) and offer curbside delivery. For delivery inquiries outside of these areas please contact us for a quote. To provide an accurate delivery cost estimate, we require your zip code and order details before purchase. Most deliveries are made by one delivery person, so some assistance may be required upon arrival. If you require white glove service (bringing the table inside and setting it up), please let us know before placing your order.
All tables are carefully wrapped to help protect them during transit, but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the table is moved safely into their home. If you opt for pickup, please bring appropriate padding, straps, and a vehicle large enough to transport your table securely. We are not responsible for damages that occur during customer transport.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our furniture, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, and as such, we cannot offer refunds once production has begun. If your item arrives damaged during delivery, please inspect it immediately and report any issues within 48 hours. After this period, we will assume the item was received in good condition.
If a repair or replacement is necessary due to delivery-related damage, the customer is responsible for bringing the item back to our location at their own expense. If returning the item is impractical due to distance, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion instead of a repair. Once the furniture is in your home, Everwood Studios is not responsible for damages, cracks, or wood movement caused by environmental changes or improper care.
